2. Is my transaction safe?

Your information is submitted via our secure server. No credit/debit card details are stored on our server.

3. Can I book specific seats on-line?

If you wish to specify a particular seat or seats after you have made your booking please email us on sales@threestarcoaches.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Seats are allocated automatically, however, the seat number that appears on your booking confirmation is not an indication of which seat will be allocated to you on boarding the coach.

4. Where are your pick up points?

Full details of our pick up points and times are listed against the day excursion of your choice on the web-site. However, should you have a party of 10 or more passengers please telephone our friendly Sales Team on 01582 722626 to discuss a more convenient boarding point for your group.

5. Can I park at your Depot?

Yes. We have car parking at our main depot at 25 Park Avenue Industrial Estate, Sundon Park, Luton LU3 3BP where excursion and private hire customers are welcome to park during their days out.

6. Wheelchairs?

We can accept lightweight wheelchairs for travel, subject to them being able to be folded and stored away in the luggge hold of the coach. We regret we are unable to accept wheelchairs which are over 20 kg in weight. We MUST be advised at the time of booking that a wheelchair is being taken on the trip. Some excursions may not be suitable for the disabled or passengers with walking difficulties but please contact our office if you require further details.

7. Entrance fees?

Entrance fees, meals, cruises etc. are only included in the cost of an excursion where stated.

8. Do I need a Passport on the Continental Day trips?

Yes, you do need a valid EU passport to travel on any of our featured continental day trips. Please ensure that you bring your passport with you on these trips.

9. Can I just pay an initial deposit?

We require full payment at the time of booking on all our day excursions. We only accept deposits for coach hire bookings and details of coach hire prices are available by calling our Sales Team on 01582 722676.

10. Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Excursion Gift Vouchers are available in dominations of £10 and £20 and can be redeemd against any of our excursions or coach hires.

11. Can I drink on the coach?

No - drinking of alcohol is prohibited on all our vehicles.

12. Can I smoke on the coach?

No - smoking is prohibited on all our vehicles.

13. Mobile Phones?

Although you can use your mobile phone whilst travelling on our coaches, we would respectfully ask that if you do so you take into account the comfort of your fellow passengers and do not disturb their journey.

14. Seatbelts?

Seatbelts are provided on all coaches and to comply with current legislations seatbelts must be worn at all times whilst travelling.

15. Can I use a credit or debit card for payment?

We accept all major credit or debit cards.

16. Are there toilet facilities on the coach?

On the majority of our day excursion coaches there will be toilet facilities available. However, it should be noted that these toilets are for emergency use only. The driver will make comfort stops throughout your journey.

17. Do I need my ticket to board the coach?

Although your driver will have full details of all passengers names and their boarding point, we would request that you do have your ticket available to enable speedier and more efficient boarding on the day.

18. What happens in adverse weather?

This is dependant on the nature of the excursion. If there is severe snow and we are unable to deliver the excursion in full and the excursion is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another excursion.
