19 March 2020
The health and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority. This is our current response to Covid-19 which we will continually update.
The health and safety of all our colleagues and customers is our primary concern and priority, and we are following the advice provided by the Government and Public Health England. We are also monitoring the information from WHO (World Health Organisation).
Further to the UK Governments latest advice, school trips overseas will not go ahead and we have cancelled all day trips and holidays booked to depart until 30th April 2020.
Our private hire and bus services are currently continuing as normal; and we will continue to monitor our ability to deliver holidays and day trips as the situation changes daily.
As a responsible business, we have:
Fitted additional hand sanitisers across the business and on all coaches to make it even easier for customers and staff to clean their hands! We have also placed multiple packs of hand-wipes on all coaches, available for customers and staff.
Encouraged all staff to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene by employing the Catch It. Bin It. Kill It ethos.
We are watching the government website and the FCO website very carefully and intend to follow their advice in all circumstances. We will update this announcement as required.
