At Three Star Coaches, we take pride in offering wonderful, memorable excursions for our passengers. We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable Volunteer Coach Hosts to join our friendly team.

This is the perfect opportunity for an active retiree or semi-retiree who loves a change of scenery and enjoys the company of others. In exchange for your time and hospitality on board, you will receive a free seat on our fantastic trips and day excursions, allowing you to explore new destinations at absolutely no cost to you!

Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Welcome: Act as the face of our company, warmly greeting guests as they board, assisting with seating queries, and creating an inviting atmosphere.

• Onboard Hospitality: Prepare and serve hot beverages (tea and coffee) and light refreshments safely and efficiently during the journey.

• Customer Care: Answer passenger questions, provide updates regarding the itinerary, and ensure our guests feel comfortable and well looked after from departure to arrival.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our professional drivers to ensure punctuality, safety, and a seamless travel experience.

What We Are Looking For

• A natural "people person" with a friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills (prior experience in hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not essential).

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

• Confident on your feet and comfortable working within a moving vehicle environment.
