Seating Allocation & Upgrade Options

To ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for all passengers, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While we are happy to note seating preferences, we cannot guarantee specific seats unless a seat upgrade has been purchased.

Seat Upgrade Options

• Preferred Seating (Rows 2–5) -

  Due to high demand for seats closer to the front of the coach, we offer the option to reserve a specific seat in Rows 2–5 for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to select your preferred seat location in advance.

• Front Row Seating -

  Front row seats can be reserved for an additional £6.00 per person. If you would like to upgrade your seating, please let us know when booking or as early as possible before travel. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

• Extra Seat Supplement -

  For added comfort and personal space, you can reserve the seat next to you for an additional £10.00. This option guarantees that the adjacent seat will remain unoccupied throughout your journey, allowing you to relax and enjoy extra room. It is particularly popular on long-distance tours, seaside excursions, and extended coach journeys, where additional space can make your trip even more comfortable.

If you have any mobility issues, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements that may affect your seating needs, it is essential that you inform us before your travel date. This allows us to allocate the most suitable seat for your comfort and safety.
