How do I book a seat for a friend or family member? Yes, you can book for others. You will need to provide their name and contact information during the booking process. Please ensure they are aware of all travel terms and conditions.
How do I receive my ticket or proof of purchase? After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip. You can present this email on your phone or bring a printed copy to show the driver before boarding the coach if asked.
When are departure times confirmed? Departure times are confirmed via email and on our Facebook page 48 hours before kick-off. Please check these updates to ensure you have the most accurate information.Incase, you do not receive the email please check our website the evening before.
What is your refund policy? We offer a full refund if you notify us more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please note that no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the coach is due to depart.
What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled? If a match is postponed or cancelled, we will notify you via our Facebook page and email. Your booking will be held for the new date. If you are unable to travel on the rescheduled date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Are there toilet facilities on board the coaches? Most of our coaches have a small toilet on board, and we will do our best to provide one for every away day. On longer trips, well also make scheduled comfort stops for you to stretch your legs and use proper restrooms.
For your comfort and safety, we recommend using these planned stops whenever possible, as the on-board facilities are small and can be challenging to use while the coach is in motion.
Can I bring food and drinks? You are welcome to bring packed lunches and snacks on board. Please note that hot food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
Can I bring luggage or a bag on the coach? You are welcome to bring a small bag, such as a rucksack or tote bag, to keep with you. Please be mindful of other passengers and avoid blocking the aisle. For safety reasons, larger items are not permitted.
