• All departure times will be confirmed approximately 48 hours before travel.

• If multiple coaches are required, pick-up times may be adjusted.

• Any updates will be communicated via email. If you have not received an email,

please check our website on the evening before departure, where all confirmed departure times will be published.

 

Seat Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more before departure: Full credit issued towards a future fixture.

• Within 48 hours of departure: Cancellations will be considered at the company's discretion.

• On the day of travel or no-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.

 

Optional Coach Seating Extras

 

• Front Seat Reservation (£6pp) – Upgrade to a seat at the front of the coach for an additional fee.

• Single Seat Supplement (£10pp) – Reserve an additional seat for extra comfort and space.

If you have any mobility requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make

suitable seating arrangements.

Customers boarding at our depot can take advantage of free on-site parking.

Toilet facilities are available inside the office before departure.

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all coaches going to a sporting event.

• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted onboard.

• Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour or language will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to refuse travel to any passenger whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

• Supporters must not damage the coach or disrupt fellow passengers.

• Proof of purchase may be required when boarding.

• Hatters Away Travel provides transport only and does not supply match tickets for away fixtures.
