Step into the spectacular worlds of sci-fi and fantasy as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra,

conducted by Stephen Bell, brings some of cinema’s most memorable music to life.

 

The concert features epic themes from favourites including Star Wars, Star Trek, Avatar, Superman,

Dune, Back to the Future, The Matrix, E.T. and Guardians of the Galaxy, alongside music from

The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean and more.

 

Performed by a full symphony orchestra in the magnificent Royal Albert Hall, this should be a fantastic

afternoon for film lovers and anyone who enjoys the excitement of hearing famous movie soundtracks performed live.

Refunds are subject to the individual theatre or venue’s cancellation policy, which varies for each trip or show.

If you can no longer attend: We can offer a refund only if we are able to resell your ticket to someone else.

Resale cannot be guaranteed.

 

Transfer your ticket: You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member who can attend

in your place. Please let us know if you do this.

 

Please note:   On rare occasions, the venue may need to cancel a performance at short notice due to unforeseen

circumstances, such as cast illness.

Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we understand how disappointing this can be. Should this happen,

we will ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy lunch and some free time before returning you comfortably to

your original departure point.

 

Coach Important Information:

 

Timetable and Pickup Route

You will receive a Final Confirmation a few days before your trip, which will include your specific departure

time from your chosen pickup location. This is because we finalise the pickup route and timetable once all

bookings have been received.

 

Accessibility:

If you have mobility issues, please inform us in advance, as we occasionally use a double-decker bus during

high demand. Kindly let us know if you require assistance or cannot climb stairs.

 

Seating and Upgrade Options

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

 

Upgrade Options:

Select Your Preferred Seat:

Due to high demand for seats near the front, we now offer an upgrade to reserve specific seats in rows 2-5

for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to choose your preferred seat closer to the front of the coach.

 

Front Row Seats:

If you wish to reserve a front row seat, it is available for an additional £6.00 per person.

 

Please let us know in advance if you would like to upgrade your seating. We’ll do our best to meet your preferences

and ensure a comfortable journey.

 

NEW Feeder service

There will be occasions when we provide a feeder vehicle to collect you and transport you to meet the main coach.

This will allow us to minimise the pick up times.
