Winter Glow at Bruges

With its winding cobbled streets, scenic canals, Bruges is known as the Venice of the North and with stunning architecture it is no wonder Bruges is a World Heritage Site. Its compact size means Bruges is easily enjoyed in a day with plenty of sights to take in.

Bruges Christmas Markets are part of the Winter Glow festival - a wonderful winter experience. A winter festival packed with fascinating experiences.

Meander through the streets with hundreds of Christmas trees and thousands of lights making Bruges truly irresistible during Winter Glow as the whole city is transformed into a true winter wonderland. The Christmas markets takes place in the Grote Markt and Simon Stevinplein, featuring ice skating, food stalls, festive lights, and the Winter Glow Light Trail, offering classic Belgian Christmas charm in the medieval city. 

Why not also take a visit to the Bruges canal. Enjoy a boat tour offering a unique perspective of the city's medieval architecture and picturesque views. Not to be missed.

There are more than enough reasons to visit Bruges and experience wintry Bruges at its most beautiful.

Due to local restrictions, coaches are not allowed into the city Centre of Bruges. Please note that from your drop off point there will be a walk of approximately 20 minutes to reach the town centre.  The drop off point is also frequently serviced by local buses and taxis (At an extra charge)

Subject to conditions on the day you would have 4 to 5 hours free time in Bruges.
