How Long Is the Christmas at Kew Trail?

We recommend allowing approximately 2 hours to enjoy the illuminated trail at a comfortable pace.

In previous years, the trail has been approximately 3km (1.8 miles) long, giving you plenty of time to soak up

the atmosphere, admire the spectacular displays and capture those all-important Christmas photos.

We understand the importance of planning, which is why we will send you a Final Confirmation

just a few days before your trip. This will include the precise departure time from your selected

pick-up location. Our team finalizes the pick-up route and timetable once all bookings have

been received to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone.

 

Accessibility in Kew Gardens

Getting Around:

Kew Gardens offers a largely flat terrain with well-maintained tarmac paths, making it accessible

for all visitors. Should you require assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach

out to the inside Kew - they will be more than happy to help you navigate the Gardens. Please

be aware that Kew is located under a flight path, and at times, the presence of vehicles and

machinery may cause noticeable noise levels.

Seating Arrangements

While seats are not pre-allocated, we want to ensure your comfort, especially if you have mobility

concerns. If you are bringing a rolator or have any special seating needs, please inform us in advance

so we can accommodate you appropriately.

 

For those wishing to secure their seating arrangements, we offer extras such as a Single Seat

Supplement for an extra £10pp, which reserves the seat adjacent to you to provide additional

legroom. You can also reserve Front Seats for an extra charge of just £6 per person.

 

If you’re travelling with a group and would like to sit together, please let us know, and we will

make every effort to keep your party seated together.
