delight audiences with their annual Film Music Gala at the Hall, a spectacular

celebration of cinematic soundtracks that have defined generations.

Concert begins: 3:00 PM (approximate end time: 5:20 PM)

Mission: Impossible, the adventure of Indiana Jones and Jurassic Park, and the

wonder of Star Wars, Harry Potter, and E.T.. Immerse yourself in the heroic tales

of Batman, Gladiator, and The Great Escape, and be swept away by the breathtaking

landscapes of The Lord of the Rings, Dances With Wolves, and Avatar.

 

Our seats are located in the stalls, ensuring an immersive concert experience.

Accessibility:

If you have mobility issues, please inform us in advance, as we occasionally use a double-decker bus during

high demand. Kindly let us know if you require assistance or cannot climb stairs.

 

Getting Around- Accessiblity The Royal Albert Hall

 

The Royal Albert Hall has many entrances at Ground level. Ramped access is located at Doors 1, 3, 8, 9 and 12.

 

Lifts

Public lifts are located at Doors 1 and 8 with automatic doors, braille, tactile numbering, and voice announcements.

These lifts serve all levels from Basement to Gallery. Arena

Foyers can be accessed via a platform lift from Basement level at Door 1.

 

Mobility Scooters

The corridors of the Hall are narrow and can become quite congested. To avoid accidents, we therefore ask

that, if possible, powered mobility scooters are parked in one of our larger entrances at doors 1, 3, 4, 8 or 9.

If you choose to remain in your scooter please take care to drive responsibly and slowly and be mindful of

the safety of others.

 

Wheelchairs

Our Stewards can provide a wheelchair to assist you around the Hall and to your seat.

We offer a wheelchair loan service. Wheelchairs can be reserved by emailing: accessbooking@royalalberthall.com.

Alternatively, you can request a wheelchair on arrival from our Stewards, subject to availability.

We are unable to offer a pushing service and customers are advised to ensure they attend with someone who can

assist them if required.

 

Coach Seating and Upgrade Options

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

 

Coach Upgrade Options:

Select Your Preferred Seat:

Due to high demand for seats near the front, we now offer an upgrade to reserve specific seats in rows 2-5

for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to choose your preferred seat closer to the front of the coach.

 

Coach Front Row Seats:

If you wish to reserve a front row seat, it is available for an additional £6.00 per person.

 

Please let us know in advance if you would like to upgrade your seating. We’ll do our best to meet your preferences

and ensure a comfortable journey.

 

NEW Feeder service

There will be occasions when we provide a feeder vehicle to collect you and transport you to meet the main coach.

This will allow us to minimise the pick up times.
