Autumn Term

 

We are pleased to announce that you can now book onto the September School Bus.  If you are a new customer you will need to create a username and password to log into the booking process.

 

You can now reserve your seats for just £50.00. The balance will need to be paid 7 working days before term begins. 

 

To complete the booking process you will have to email us an up to date "head and shoulders" photo with a white background and with your child's name clearly identified.  This should ideally have been taken within the last 48 hours.  Once this is complete and payment taken you will be guaranteed a seat.

 

This route uses different drivers on many occasions, so there maybe times when your child might be asked to identify themselves by the driver. This should be done without confrontation. The drivers will not tolerate any "rudeness or attitude" and should an incident occur, we will have no hesitation to inform the school.

 

Seats are for passengers not school bags, please make sure your child is aware that they may have someone sitting next to them.

1st Child - £409.50

2nd Child - £368.55

Staged Payments:

We are able to offer staged payments for parents who may need this facility.  These payments must be made by standing order and be received by the dates below. Any payments not received on time may receive a late fee of £25 and your child may be prevented from traveling on the coach until paid.

 

Deposit on booking: £179.50

Payment by end of October: £115.00

Payment by end of November: £115.00

Photo Submission: Please send us an up-to-date head-and-shoulder photo of your child. This can be emailed to us at Harlington@threestarcoaches.com. Ensure you include your child's name in the email. See example below:
