ARRIVAL AT THE THEATRE

• We aim to arrive approximately 1½ hours before the show starts.
• This gives you time for lunch, refreshments and getting settled.
• Please note that arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
• Traffic, roadworks and other delays may affect the journey into London.
• We always allow suitable travelling time when planning our trips.

PICKUP TIMES

• Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a few days before the trip.
• You will receive a Final Confirmation with all journey details.
• Pickup times are finalised once all bookings have been received.
• This allows us to plan the most efficient route.

FEEDER SERVICE

On some trips, we may use a feeder vehicle.

• The feeder vehicle will collect you from your chosen pickup point.
• It will take you to meet the main coach.
• You will then continue your journey on the main coach.
• This helps us reduce pickup and travelling times.
• If a feeder service applies to you, this will be clearly stated in your Final Confirmation.

• Standard seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests.
• If you would like to guarantee a seat nearer the front, upgrades are available.
