Get closer to wildlife

ZSL London Zoo is packed full of wonder and amazement, with over 650 species of animals to meet and thousands

more surprising and fascinating facts just waiting to be discovered. Find yourself face-to-face with our Asiatic lions

and our friendly giraffes whilst they enjoy a spot of lunch.

Get closer than ever before to the to the mighty Asiatic lions and explore walkways covering the 2,500sqm Indian-themed

exhibit by entering the Land of the Lions. Explore the Tiny Giants, a celebration of the small but mighty world of the

invertebrates and home to a brand-new coral reef tank.

Step inside to enjoy the balmy climate of the Galápagos Archipelago in Giants of the Galápagos, where you’ll be able to

admire three of these islands giant tortoises and learn about how we can protect them in the future. 

Learn about the natural behaviours of Sumatran tigers and discover the conservation issues these creatures face in the

wild, all in Tiger Territory.

Enjoy the underwater views of the colony of Humboldt penguins in England’s largest penguin pool, where they dive, swim,

play and feed. 

Admire the graceful movements of the giraffes and the big personalities of the powerful Gorilla Kingdom.

Important Information:

Timetable and Pickup Route

You will receive a Final Confirmation a few days before your trip, which will include your specific departure

time from your chosen pickup location. This is because we finalise the pickup route and timetable once all

bookings have been received.

Pickup times are usually between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.

Accessibility:

If you have mobility issues, please inform us in advance, as we occasionally use a double-decker bus during

high demand. Kindly let us know if you require assistance or cannot climb stairs.

Seating and Upgrade Options

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Upgrade Options:

Select Your Preferred Seat:

Due to high demand for seats near the front, we now offer an upgrade to reserve specific seats in rows 2-5

for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to choose your preferred seat closer to the front of the coach.

Front Row Seats:

If you wish to reserve a front row seat, it is available for an additional £6.00 per person.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to upgrade your seating. We’ll do our best to meet your preferences

and ensure a comfortable journey.

NEW Feeder service

There will be occasions when we provide a feeder vehicle to collect you and transport you to meet the main coach.

This will allow us to minimise the pick up times.
