Enclosure Options

 

Windsor Enclosure – £75 per person

A relaxed and lively option with great racing views, the Royal Procession, spacious lawns and live

entertainment. You can also bring your own picnic and a bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine,

subject to Ascot regulations.

 

Village Enclosure – £95 per person

A vibrant and sociable enclosure combining great racing views with live music, entertainment, bars

and a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day.

 

Queen Anne Enclosure – £125 per person

The classic Royal Ascot experience, with access to the Grandstand and Parade Ring, excellent views of

the racing and Royal Procession, plus the famous Singing Around the Bandstand after racing.

A formal dress code applies.

Optional Afternoon Tea Box

£10 per person

Why not enjoy your Afternoon Tea Box before heading into the enclosure?

With food and refreshments inside the enclosure often being quite expensive, you

can relax knowing everything is already taken care of for you.

 

Each box includes:

• A selection of freshly made sandwiches

• Crisps

• Two homemade cakes

• A slice of quiche

• A chocolate treat

• Napkin

 

Freshly prepared, ready to enjoy and just £10 per person.

FAQs for Royal Ascot

 

Can you bring a picnic into Royal Ascot?

Yes - but only in certain enclosures. Guests in the Windsor Enclosure are allowed to bring their own picnic.

 

Can you take food into the Queen Anne Enclosure?

No. Outside food, snacks and drinks are not permitted inside the Queen Anne Enclosure.

 

Which enclosure allows picnics at Royal Ascot?

The Windsor Enclosure is the main enclosure where racegoers can bring picnics, picnic hampers and cool bags.

 

Can you bring alcohol into Royal Ascot?

Only Windsor Enclosure guests can bring limited alcohol - typically one bottle of champagne or sparkling wine

per adult alongside a picnic. Spirits, beer and cans are not allowed.

 

Can you bring a cool bag or picnic hamper?

Yes, in the Windsor Enclosure. Picnics must arrive with you at entry and are subject to security checks.

 

Can you bring chairs or blankets?

Fold-up chairs and picnic blankets are generally permitted in the Windsor Enclosure only.

If you have mobility issues, please inform us in advance, as we occasionally use a double-decker bus during

high demand. Kindly let us know if you require assistance or cannot climb stairs.

 

Seating and Upgrade Options

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

 

Upgrade Options:

Select Your Preferred Seat:

Due to high demand for seats near the front, we now offer an upgrade to reserve specific seats in rows 2-5

for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to choose your preferred seat closer to the front of the coach.

 

Front Row Seats:

If you wish to reserve a front row seat, it is available for an additional £6.00 per person.

 

Please let us know in advance if you would like to upgrade your seating. We’ll do our best to meet your preferences

and ensure a comfortable journey.

 

NEW Feeder service

There will be occasions when we provide a feeder vehicle to collect you and transport you to meet the main coach.

This will allow us to minimise the pick up times.
