Why choose the Windsor Enclosure?

 

You'll be the first to catch a glimpse of the Royal Procession

The Windsor Enclosure is located down the track along the straight mile. Guests are the

first to see the procession of Royal Landaus as they travel down the track.

 

There's no formal Dress Code

Whilst many guests in the Windsor Enclosure choose to embrace the occasion and

don their finest summer occasionwear, there is no official Dress Code in the Windsor Enclosure.

Fancy dress, novelty and branded or promotional clothing is not permitted, but otherwise

you're welcome to dress however you are most comfortable.

 

You can bring your own picnic

The Windsor Enclosure is the only public enclosure at Royal Ascot where racegoers are

welcome to bring their own picnic and a bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine into the

enclosure (subject to picnic policy). There are vast picnicking lawns upon which to enjoy your feast.

pick-up location, this is because we finalise a pick-up route and timetable once all bookings have

Accessibility:

The pickup point is just a few minutes walk from all the attractions and town.

 

If you have mobility issues, please inform us in advance, as we occasionally use a double-decker bus during

high demand. Kindly let us know if you require assistance or cannot climb stairs.

 

Seating and Upgrade Options

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

 

Upgrade Options:

Select Your Preferred Seat:

Due to high demand for seats near the front, we now offer an upgrade to reserve specific seats in rows 2-5

for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to choose your preferred seat closer to the front of the coach.

 

Front Row Seats:

If you wish to reserve a front row seat, it is available for an additional £6.00 per person.

 

Please let us know in advance if you would like to upgrade your seating. We’ll do our best to meet your preferences

and ensure a comfortable journey.

 

NEW Feeder service

There will be occasions when we provide a feeder vehicle to collect you and transport you to meet the main coach.

This will allow us to minimise the pick up times.
