Join us as we head to Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre for the spectacular opening of Andrew

Lloyd Webber’s STARLIGHT EXPRESS in the specially designed Starlight Auditorium.

 

You will be swept away into a vibrant world of speed, song, and storytelling, as an extraordinary

cast of 40 performers zip around and above the stage, delivering some of musical theatre’s most

cherished songs, including AC/DC, "Make Up My Heart," "Light at the End of the Tunnel," and the

unforgettable "Starlight Express."

 

As a child's train set comes to life, the engines compete to become the fastest in the world.

Rusty, the steam train, faces seemingly insurmountable odds until he finds inspiration in the

legend of the ‘Starlight Express.’

 

Having captivated over 20 million viewers worldwide, STARLIGHT EXPRESS promises to be an

electrifying experience for audiences of all ages.

 

Featuring music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Richard Stilgoe, this production is directed

by Luke Sheppard (known for &Juliet and The Little Big Things), with set design by Tim Hatley

(Back to the Future), costumes by Gabriella Slade (Six), lighting by Howard Hudson (&Juliet), sound

by Gareth Owen (MJ the Musical), video design by Andrzej Goulding (Life of Pi), and new orchestrations

developed in collaboration with Matthew Brind and Andrew Lloyd Webber. The musical supervision is

provided by Matthew Brind and David Wilson, with musical direction by Laura Bangay and casting

handled by Pearson Casting.

 

This dynamic show also features exhilarating new choreography by Ashley Nottingham and welcomes

back Arlene Phillips as creative dramaturg.

Seating and Upgrade Options

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

 

Upgrade Options:

Select Your Preferred Seat:

Due to high demand for seats near the front, we now offer an upgrade to reserve specific seats in rows 2-5

for an additional £3.00 per person. This allows you to choose your preferred seat closer to the front of the coach.

 

Front Row Seats:

If you wish to reserve a front row seat, it is available for an additional £6.00 per person.

 

Please let us know in advance if you would like to upgrade your seating. We’ll do our best to meet your preferences

and ensure a comfortable journey.
