previous location, and free car parking is still available.

 

Important Information About Coach Pick-Ups

Our coaches are now based in Totternhoe, so our pick-up arrangements have been adjusted for future

departures. Please carefully read the emails and booking confirmations we send you, as your pick-up point and

departure time may be different depending on your journey.

 

If you already have a booking with us, please do not assume your previous pick-up arrangements are

the same. Always check your latest email and updated booking confirmation before travelling.

 

We want to make your journey as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to double-check your

confirmed pick-up location and departure time before setting off.

Please Note:

• All departure times will be confirmed approximately 48 hours before travel.

• If multiple coaches are required, pick-up times may be adjusted.

• Any updates will be communicated via email. If you have not received an email,

please check our website on the evening before departure, where all confirmed departure times will be published.

 

Seat Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more before departure: Full credit issued towards a future fixture.

• Within 48 hours of departure: Cancellations will be considered at the company's discretion.

• On the day of travel or no-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for everyone, please note the following:

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all coaches going to a sporting event.

• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted onboard.

• Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour or language will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to refuse travel to any passenger whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

• Supporters must not damage the coach or disrupt fellow passengers.

• Proof of purchase may be required when boarding.

• Hatters Away Travel provides transport only and does not supply match tickets for away fixtures.
