Changes to Route

In order to minimise future trafic delays in the winter months we have now shortend the route.  We will no longer serve Emerald Rd and Poynters Rd.  The bus will now go via Lucy Rd and will stop at any bus stop on this route.  For more clarification please ring colin on 07771622188

Coach Buddy

If you are new to the bus, we will try and team you up with another student who is going to the same school. Additionally on the first few days of the new term, Our staff will pay closer attention to your child whilst they settle in.  It normally takes a couple of days for this to happen.

Fares:

The prices below are correct at the time of you reading this page.  However we reserve the right to increase

the fare nearer to the start of term should operating costs change. 

Autumn Fares:

A late payment fee applies now to any late bookings

• Autumn Fare - £600

• Autumn Fare 2nd Pupil - £550

• Annual Pass - £1600

• Autumn Fare (Barton Only) - £525

• Autumn Fare 2nd Pupil (Barton only) - £480

• Annual Pass (Barton only) - £1325

• Half Term from 3rd November 2025 - £300

Bedford Modern School: Students are transferred onto another waiting bus at Bedford Girls school.

Late Bus: Please be advised that the Late Bus is currently under review and an early decison will be made as soon  - Fri (Not in the first and last week of each term) from the Harpur Trust Schools. Please click here for more information.

Year 11 & 13 Students - Summer Term:    

We are mindful that during the summer term year 11 & 13 students will be using the bus less. In this case,

if you email us at Bedford@threestarcoaches.com we can offer a 50% reduction on the normal fare.
